About me

The recruitment industry changed my life in 2015, I was a law graduate with no idea what career path I wanted to follow. I knew I enjoyed sales from my previous experience in this area but came across recruitment knowing very little about it. Upon applying for roles in the sector and speaking to people working in it, I was then sure this was the right sector for me. The idea of hard work being rewarded with financial gain, clear career progression as well as incredible incentives drove me to really forge a career in this industry.

8 years later I still love recruitment and my role. I started my career as Trainee within the IT sector before moving internal 2 years later. Since then I have recruited for entry level and experienced Recruiters of all levels within 8 different sectors across the UK.

Talentius was founded to be a values-led ‘Rec2Rec’ business which utilises my experience of internal recruitment. Our purpose is to help agencies hire incredible talent by supporting candidates with their search for the right role.
